Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)

Moodle is the official Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) used across LAAT. It provides a central, secure, and easy-to-use platform where learners and staff can access and manage a wide range of learning activities, including:

- Course Materials and digital resources
- Online assignment submissions
- Examination preparation content
- Progress tracking and performance monitoring tools

Step 1:

    Visit LAAT's VLE link :https://vle.laat.ac.uk/login

    Step 2:

    Click on Open ID Connect  Open ID Connect

    Note: Log in with your institution's official email id and password to log in and proceed. Complete any multi‑factor authentication (MFA) steps if required. Once authenticated, you will be automatically logged into Moodle.

    Step 1 - Visit LAAT's VLE link :https://vle.laat.ac.uk/login
    Step 2 - Click on Open ID Connect ICON

    Note: Log in with your institution's official email id and password to log in and proceed. Complete any multi‑factor authentication (MFA) steps if required. Once authenticated, you will be automatically logged into Moodle.

    How can I access my course materials?expandcollapse

    Once logged in to Moodle, navigate to the Dashboard where you will see all your enrolled courses. Click on the course name to access the materials, assignments, and other resources related to that course.

    How do I submit an assignment on Moodle?expandcollapse

    To submit an assignment, go to the relevant course, find the assignment section, and click on the Submission link. Upload your file(s) as instructed and click Submit. You will receive a confirmation once your submission is successful.

    How can I update my profile on Moodle?expandcollapse

    Click on your initials at the top-right corner and select 'Profile'. From there, click 'Edit Profile', update your details or add a profile picture, and then click Update Profile to save your changes.

    What should I do if I encounter a technical issue on Moodle?expandcollapse

    If you're facing a technical issue, try logging out and logging back in. If the issue persists, contact the LAAT's IT support team via email or visit the LAAT's IT helpdesk for further assistance.
